Privacy Policy
Effective Date: September 21, 2026
Last Updated: September 21, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how JetCommerceTM ("JetCommerceTM," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of jetcommerce.com, collects, uses, discloses, and otherwise processes personal information when you visit or interact with our website, request information or a demonstration, create or use an account, communicate with us, purchase products or services, or otherwise interact with us (collectively, the "Site"). JetCommerceTM operates from Montgomery County, Texas.
1. Personal Information We Collect
The information we collect depends on how you interact with the Site and may include:
- Identifiers and contact information, such as your name, business name, job title, email address, telephone number, mailing or billing address, and account identifiers.
- Account and authentication information, such as username, password or password hash, access permissions, and account activity.
- Commercial and transaction information, such as products or services considered or purchased, order and quote details, subscriptions, billing information, transaction history, and limited payment-related information. Payment card and bank-account information may be collected directly by a payment processor; we generally receive tokens, status information, and transaction records rather than complete payment credentials.
- Communications and submissions, including information you provide in contact, support, request-demo, download, checkout, or other forms; emails and other communications; survey responses; attachments; and feedback.
- Professional and business information, such as your employer, role, industry, business needs, and product interests.
- Device, network, and usage information, such as IP address, browser and device type, operating system, referring and exit pages, pages viewed, links selected, dates and times of access, session information, cookie or similar identifiers, and diagnostic, security, and performance data.
- Approximate location, inferred from an IP address. We do not intentionally collect precise geolocation through the Site.
- Customer content, including configuration information, files, records, and other data submitted to hosted or support services. When we process this information on behalf of a business customer, it is governed by the applicable customer agreement and that customer's privacy notice rather than this Privacy Policy.
- Other information you choose to provide or that we are permitted or required by law to collect.
Please do not submit highly sensitive information through general Site forms, including government identification numbers, medical information, biometric identifiers, precise geolocation, or information about children. If sensitive information is needed for a specific transaction, we will request it through an appropriate channel and process it as permitted by applicable law.
2. Sources of Personal Information
We collect personal information:
- directly from you;
- from your employer, organization, account administrator, colleagues, or authorized representatives;
- automatically from browsers, devices, cookies, pixels, logs, and similar technologies;
- from service providers and business partners, including payment, analytics, customer-relationship-management, security, and marketing providers; and
- from public sources or other sources where collection is permitted by law.
3. How We Use Personal Information
We may use personal information to:
- operate, maintain, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the Site, accounts, products, and services;
- respond to inquiries, provide demonstrations and support, and communicate about products, services, transactions, and accounts;
- create and administer accounts, authenticate users, process orders and payments, deliver requested materials, and perform contracts;
- personalize Site content and understand use, traffic, effectiveness, and customer interests;
- send administrative messages and, where permitted, marketing communications;
- detect, investigate, prevent, and address fraud, misuse, security incidents, unlawful activity, and violations of our agreements;
- establish, exercise, or defend legal claims and enforce our terms, policies, and agreements;
- comply with law, legal process, regulatory requirements, and lawful requests; and
- carry out another purpose disclosed when information is collected or with your direction or consent.
4. Cookies and Similar Technologies
We and our service providers use cookies, pixels, scripts, local storage, and similar technologies. These technologies may be necessary for Site operation and security, remember preferences, maintain sessions, measure performance and usage, support customer-relationship management, and help us evaluate or market our offerings.
Our Site may use services such as payment processors and marketing providers. These providers may collect or receive device, network, usage, transaction, or contact information under their own terms and privacy policies.
You can use browser controls to block or delete cookies. Blocking some cookies may prevent portions of the Site from functioning correctly. Because there is not a uniform industry standard for browser "Do Not Track" signals, the Site may not respond to them. Where applicable law requires us to honor a recognized opt-out preference signal, we will treat a valid signal as an opt-out request for the browser or device from which it is sent, subject to legally permitted verification and exceptions.
5. How We Disclose Personal Information
We may disclose the categories of personal information described above to:
- Vendors and service providers that perform services for us, such as hosting, cloud infrastructure, payment processing, analytics, customer-relationship management, communications, email delivery, support, security, fraud prevention, and professional services.
- Customers and account administrators when you use an account associated with an organization, or when disclosure is reasonably necessary to provide customer-requested services.
- Business partners where needed to provide a requested integration, product, event, or service, or where you direct the disclosure.
- Professional advisers, insurers, auditors, and financing sources where reasonably necessary for legitimate business or legal purposes.
- Government authorities, courts, litigants, and other recipients when we believe disclosure is required or permitted by law; is necessary to respond to legal process; protects rights, safety, or property; investigates fraud or security matters; or enforces an agreement.
- Parties to a corporate transaction in connection with an actual or proposed financing, merger, acquisition, reorganization, sale of assets, bankruptcy, or similar transaction, subject to appropriate confidentiality protections where practicable.
- Other recipients with your direction or consent or as disclosed when information is collected.
We may also disclose aggregated or deidentified information that cannot reasonably be linked to an individual. When we maintain information as deidentified data, we will not attempt to reidentify it except as permitted by law to test our deidentification processes.
6. Sale, Sharing, and Targeted Advertising
We do not sell personal information in exchange for money. We do not knowingly sell sensitive personal information or biometric data. Some privacy laws define "sale," "sharing," or "targeted advertising" broadly enough to include disclosures of identifiers or Internet activity to analytics, customer-relationship-management, or marketing providers, even when no money is exchanged. To the extent our use of those services is treated as a sale, sharing, or targeted advertising under applicable law, eligible residents may opt out through our Contact Us form. Begin the message with "Privacy Opt-Out."
We do not use personal information to make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects concerning eligibility for financial or lending services, housing, insurance, health care, education enrollment, employment, criminal justice, or access to basic necessities.
7. Your Choices
- Marketing email: Use the unsubscribe link in a marketing email or contact us. We may continue to send non-marketing messages concerning accounts, transactions, security, or our ongoing business relationship.
- Cookies: Use available browser or device controls. Your settings may be browser- and device-specific.
- Account information: Update available information in your account or contact us. We may retain prior information where permitted or required by law.
- Opt out of sale, sharing, or targeted advertising: Use the method described in Section 6.
8. U.S. State Privacy Rights
Depending on your state of residence and whether a particular law applies to JetCommerceTM or the relevant processing, you may have rights to:
- confirm whether we process your personal information and access that information;
- correct inaccuracies;
- delete certain personal information;
- obtain a portable copy of certain personal information;
- obtain information about categories of personal information, sources, purposes, recipients, or disclosures;
- opt out of sale, sharing, targeted advertising, or certain profiling;
- limit certain uses or disclosures of sensitive personal information; and
- appeal our denial of a request.
To submit a request, use our Contact Us form and begin the message with "Privacy Request." Describe the right you wish to exercise and provide enough information for us to identify the relevant records. We may request information reasonably necessary to verify your identity, authority, and request. We will use verification information only for verification, fraud prevention, and compliance. We may deny or limit a request where permitted by law, including when we cannot verify it, an exception applies, or fulfilling it would adversely affect another person's rights.
An authorized agent may submit a request where permitted by law. We may require proof of the agent's authority and may ask you to verify your identity or confirm the request directly. We will not discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right, but exercising a right may affect functionality that requires the information at issue.
To appeal a decision, use our Contact Us form, begin the message with "Privacy Appeal," and explain the decision being appealed. If a Texas resident's appeal is denied, the resident may submit a complaint to the Texas Attorney General. Other residents may contact their state attorney general or privacy regulator.
9. Retention
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including to provide requested services; maintain accounts and business records; complete transactions; comply with legal, tax, accounting, and reporting duties; resolve disputes; enforce agreements; and protect the Site and our business. Retention periods vary based on the nature and sensitivity of the information, the context in which it was collected, operational needs, legal requirements, and applicable limitation periods. We may retain information in backups for a limited period or retain deidentified information as permitted by law.
10. Security
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information, taking into account the nature and volume of the information and the risks of processing. No system, transmission, or storage method is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials, using appropriate security measures, and notifying us promptly of suspected unauthorized account use.
11. Children's Privacy
The Site is intended for business users and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 or knowingly process a child's personal information without legally required authorization. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.
12. Third-Party Sites and Services
The Site may link to or interoperate with third-party sites, applications, and services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own notices, not this Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for third-party privacy, security, content, or practices. Review the applicable third party's terms and privacy notice before providing information.
13. International Users
JetCommerceTM operates in the United States, and the Site is controlled from the United States. If you access the Site from another country, your information may be transferred to, stored in, and processed in the United States and other countries whose laws may differ from those where you live. By using the Site, you understand that such processing will occur, subject to applicable law. The Site is not offered where its operation or use would subject JetCommerceTM to laws of another jurisdiction solely because the Site is accessible there.
14. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our practices, services, or legal obligations. The "Last Updated" date shows when it was most recently revised. Changes are effective when posted unless a later date is stated. Where required by law, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent. Your continued interaction with the Site after an update is governed by the updated policy, but we will not apply material changes retroactively where prohibited by law.
